I am very proud to be writing about today's
style icon, because like me, she is originaly from the
Czech Republic. The 26-year old super model started her career very early and became the youngest model to appear on the cover of
Vogue US.
Karolina Kurkova is recognized all over the world and has covered countless of the most
prestigious magazines, walked catwalks around the globe and has been a face of several campaigns. Plus she is one of
Victoria's Secret Angels. And there's more. She had her first baby boy in October last year and returned to modeling in a record time.
Karolina was named "Model of the Year" at the 2002
VH1/Vogue Fashion Awards, in part for her work ethic, having worked twenty-three weeks straight. She is not only a hard worked but also a well known humaritian. Beautiful and helping others. I am a big fan of her and proud to be Czech as well as her and wish her all the best in her career.
