Spot of leopard

shirt H&M, jeans Current Eliott, shoes Christian Louboutin, bag YSL, blazer Helmut Lang

Leopard is one of those prints that goes with everything and for every occasion. It's much easier to wear than some people think. Even though it seems colourful it contains all neutral colours that match well. If you're new to leopard, start with accessories like handbag or shoes but a shirt or a blouse is also easy to style. Wear it with your favourite jeans and if you're not brave enough throw a blazer over it. Pop of colour in a form of handbag optional, but it wouldn't be me if I didn't add something pink..
I've worn this exact outfit few times actually and once it was for my birthday party. I wanted to look quite casual (it was in a local pub), but still have something interesting about my outfit and leopard print really has the power to transform.
Have a stylish day.

Autumn stories

Shopping in Zara wearing new Zara gilet, love navy and pink together, pink details, at a launch party with Rosie Fortescue (from Made in Chelsea), gold everything, bundled up in a Missoni scarf, favourite YSL clutch and new(ish) favourite Loubies , when autumn comes I tend to wear a lot more black (adding a pop of pink with a scarf or other accessories), outfit for a lunch with a friend.

Outfit I wore to a friend's baby Christening: from the top, laid out and accessories, burgundy is my must have colour during fall, Halloween ready, minimal make up using Nars Multiple, Sunday dinner at Burger and Lobster with my friends, all black everything (love this top that I had for ages from H&M), coffee with friends.

Gotta love a pink lipstick ;), I've been living in jeans on my days off, my nude Loubies were the best buy ever (they literally go with everything), Christmassy nails already (I'll be having a lot of fun with this Deborah Lippmann set), jeans again but much more casual outfit, trip to the Natural History museum, sneak peek of my bedroom, glammed up for a Christening, weekendwear (the pink leather has been on serious repeat).

Have a stylish day.

Rosy life

In the Summer, being comfy takes priority. That doesn't have to mean compromising on style. I love logo tops because they add a fun element even if you keep the rest the rest of your outfit simple. Also this Helmut Lang blazer has been one of the best buys of the year. English weather often requires layers and I've been reaching for it again and again.

Pants H&M, top A question of, blazer Helmut Lang, flats Valentino, bag Miu Miu, sunglasses local market, earrings New Look, watch Michael Kors, rings YSL and H&M.

Smart casual

I love mixing smart and casual pieces together. Jeans or other casual pants and a blazer is such a good pairing you can wear it to countless occasions. I mostly wear these dark burgundy pants in autumn but I'm really trying to be more adventurous and open minded to new things and trends and breaking the rules. And more often or not I'm glad I did.
What do you think of this look?

Chic stripes

I find stripes very chic and I wear them often. Especially paired with a blazer they give that effortless nonchalant look that all French women seem to have in their DNA. There were times when jeans, flats and blazer could be considered my uniform. Now I try harder and mix it up, though nothing wrong with going back to your comfort zone. Especially since due a little incident, all I can wear are flat shoes now (hopefully not for too long).

New in: Helmut Lang blazer

I am a girl who likes classic timeless pieces that will stand the test of time. Well cut blazer is something every woman should have in her wardrobe. I've been a fan of Helmut Lang for years and always thought their blazers were one of the best. I don't know why it took me so long to get one but I finally did and I couldn't be happier. The fit and fabric are perfect and I know I'll wear it for years to come. Investment piece worth every penny.
What is your wardrobe must have?

Have a fab Tuesday.

Great basics wishlist

2014 wishlist

Blazer Helmut Lang, leather jacket Muuba, handbag Gucci, jeans J Brand, sunglasses Prada, pumps Jimmy Choo, wrap dress Diane von Furstenberg

This year I decided to stick to quality over quantity and invest more in good quality basics. I've realised time and time again that I get much more wear out of stuff I spend a bit more on. That's not to say you can't buy great items on high street (Zara, H&M and ASOS being the winners), but sometimes it's good to invest. Some of these items have been on my wish list for a while.. I've finally purchased Helmut Lang blazer in sales and can't wait to receive it. I've got my eyes on a Muubaa jacket that I'm hoping to buy next pay day. And over the course of the year hopefully I'll add these to my wardrobe too.
What are your dream buys for this year?

Have a stylish day and a good weekend.

New York Fashion Week so far

I don't know how about you, but once the fashion month kicks off, I am glued to a screen to watch live streams, twitter and instagram (for all the behind the scenes) and check out Style.com to swoon over all the proper images. So far I've seen some amazing shows from New York and am excited for things to come.

What have been your favourite shows/looks so far?
Helmut Lang
Effortlessly cool, I've been a long time fan.

Jason Wu
Pretty and feminine. Everything I want in clothes. Peplum is still going strong and love the polka dot details.

Prabal Gurung
Military inspired but still very feminine. Great detailing.

Herve Leger
Herve Leger never ceases to amaze me. Season after season they produce highly desirable dresses. I want them all!

TibiGotta love a skirt and thigh-high boots, chunky knits and well cut trousers.
Have a stylish day.

Chelsea girl

We stayed in Chelsea for quite a while, as it's such a great part of London. Plus the hotel was amazing. Can you believe the breakfasts they served?!
Needless to say my Valentino have become something of a uniform, here I am wearing them with Helmut Lang jeans, H&M peplum top, Dior sunglasses and YSL clutch.

Chelsea is just a stone throw away from Knightsbridge - I can never resist a little visit of Harrods or Harvey Nichols. That's where I picked my beloved new pink YSL clutch bag and Chanel nail polish in dark burgundy to get ready for autumn.
Have a stylish day.
