Spot of leopard

shirt H&M, jeans Current Eliott, shoes Christian Louboutin, bag YSL, blazer Helmut Lang

Leopard is one of those prints that goes with everything and for every occasion. It's much easier to wear than some people think. Even though it seems colourful it contains all neutral colours that match well. If you're new to leopard, start with accessories like handbag or shoes but a shirt or a blouse is also easy to style. Wear it with your favourite jeans and if you're not brave enough throw a blazer over it. Pop of colour in a form of handbag optional, but it wouldn't be me if I didn't add something pink..
I've worn this exact outfit few times actually and once it was for my birthday party. I wanted to look quite casual (it was in a local pub), but still have something interesting about my outfit and leopard print really has the power to transform.
Have a stylish day.

Juxtaposition

jeans Current Elliott, shoes Gianvito Rossi, jumper Zara, gilet  Zara, bag Valentino, sunglasses Miu Miu

I  love mixing supposedly opposing items together. Like dressing down a pretty dress with a denim or leather jacket or adding dressier shoes to a casual outfit. Heels and jeans are just so good. Case in point  my ripped jeans and these booties (which were a major sale score in the summer sales). Another thing I seem to like (and am good at) buying things out of season. You get the best bargains if you're buying winter coats and boots in summer sales and  your bikinis and summer dresses in winter sales. Something to bear in mind with all the sales coming soon.

On another note I can't believe the Winter Wonderland is opening tomorrow. I guess Christmas really is just round the corner. London is looking super festive already and they've started playing Christmas songs and I am actually very excited. I love this time of the year!
BTW I've got loads of Chrismassy London pictures coming up on Instagram (few are there already). If you're into that kind of stuff you can follow me @adelamisspink.
Feel free to let me you IG links in comments below I always love discovering new accounts.

Have a stylish day.

Pastel days

I am not one to wear pastels much. These are pretty much the main(only?) pieces I own. But I'm meant to be getting outside of my comfort zone more so there you go..
I hope you all had a lovely weekend.

Sequins and snakes

I love sequins for day time. Paired with jeans they are totally acceptable and make for a nice dressy but casual look. I love those. This cardi was an amazing find in H&M last year and is perfect for night and day.
Do you wear sequins for day?

Top and cardi H&M, jeans Current Elliott, bag and shoes Miu Miu, sunglasses local market, watch Michael Kors, rings YSL and H&M, earrings Tallulah Tu.

Starry shirt

Favourite pair of jeans and a shirt is such a classic combo, it never fails. Whenever you can't decide what to wear, it's always the best solution. Add heels and you're ready to party. This shirt with tiny stars scores extra points, because the print makes it funkier yet it's still business appropriate when needed. I paired it with my favourite flats for a day of errands.
What's your go-to outfit?

Jeans Current Elliott, shirt H&M (not online but bought recently so check your local store), flats Valentino, bag Miu Miu, sunglasses local market, watch Michael Kors, earrings and bangle New Look, rings H&M and YSL.
Have a stylish day.

At weekends we wear denim

Jacket Muubaa, top H&M, jeans Current Elliott, flats Valentino, bag DKNY, watch Michael Kors, sunglasses Dior, rings YSL and H&M.

Lately I've been gravitating a lot towards denim. Yves Saint Laurent expressed it perfectly:
“I have often said that I wish I had invented blue jeans: the most spectacular, the most practical, the most relaxed and nonchalant. They have expression, modesty, sex appeal, simplicity - all I hope for in my clothes.”
Not much to add, denim is timeless and chic and will always have a place in my wardrobe.

Have a stylish day.
