Fluffy coat

How about this fluffy number? I call it my man repeller's coat because I imagine men must hate it. But I dress for myself and not men so who cares. And I happen to love it. Although with Valentine's day fast approaching and my goal for next month being finding a Valentine maybe I should change my approach..

What do you think? Can I meet a man wearing this coat?

On another note, I wish we were past coat weather. I am truly fed up with winter and cold now. I'm a warmer weather person and spring is my favourite season and I literally can't wait for it to come. Especially as I already booked a little trip to Paris at the end of March (I hope it will feel like spring by then).

Happy New Year

Happy New Year!

Looking back at this year there were some not so great moments, but there were definitely some really good ones. I've been wanting to travel more and by going home to Czech republic twice, Paris 3 times and Cyprus and Rome, I think I've done quite well there. I am already booking Paris for my birthday in March and hoping to visit Venice and NYC next year so let's hope that all goes well.

 The thing I am most pleased about though is getting back to blogging and I have some big plans for next year in that regard. I am planning to start posting more often soon, with more beauty and lifestyle posts coming. I would love to know what posts do you enjoy reading and want to see more of.

Well hello there November! I can't believe the British summer time is over and Fall is officially here and it actually now really feels like it too. Although there has been a lot of sunshine (which I'm loving), it's getting colder and foggy. Layers are definitely a must! I wasn't ready to store this Self portrait dress away for next year, so put my Zara jumper underneath (which I own in several colours) and voile - November ready. On another note I am enjoying wearing OTK boots again. I can't get enough. Prepare to see them a lot over the coming months.

And how beautiful is the nature looking with all the changing colours? I am stunned by the extensive colour palette. Definitely will try to spend a lot of time outside in the coming weeks.

I hope the weather is nice where you are, because in London this seems to be one of the mildest and nicest October since I can remember. I am certainly not complaining. I have been enjoying the sunshine and walks through Hyde Park watching the leaves change slowly. And I am not ready for winter coats yet.

I am however ready for the party season. I am a dressy girl and have been slowly filling up my wardrobe with Self portrait dresses. You could say I am slightly obsessed with the brand (you could see a lot of evidence on my Instagram ), so when the occasion arises I'll be reaching for one of those. And although I don't like playing favourites, this one is a strong contender.
