Rachel Zoe - pre-fall 2012

I am a big fan of Rachel Zoe. She's a good business woman and a stylist. Her reality TV show The Rachel Zoe Project gives you a good insight into the world of fashion. I was really interested to see how she'd do as a designer. She's just shown her fourth collection, her best one yet. She's usually all about the 70s, which isn't  my style so much so I was happy to see that this time Rachel got her isnpiration in the 60s. Outerwear is becoming her thing and you can expect some well cut peacoats and blazers. Faux fur is of course also present, as are jewel tones alongside black and white. It's definitely thumbs up. Buy of the week

This faux fur jacket is THE buy of the week. It falls under so many this season's trends and simply looks gorgeous. First of all jewel tones and especially red shades are massive, also it's very 40s and resembles the very good AW Gucci collection (you can see the influence..). It's a perfect length and will go great with jeans as well as with a dressy outfit for the evening. And the best bit? It's just been reduced to £70! Buy it  here. I love it!

bargain hunter

I hate winter. I hate that it's dark all the time, it rains a lot and it's COLD! Lately you could really feel the temperature drop and to cheer myself up there is only one way out - shopping! And with a great excuse, because there is no better time than now, to buy a new coat. I love coats and jackets and I have so many. But there is never too many, as with any other item of clothing or accessory. Now I have to tell you how lucky I was, as I got myself the best bargain ever! I said this before and I'm gonna say it again. I love to mix and match. Little bit of high street, little bit of designer and so on. And my last find proves, you don't have to spend a fortune to look good. I'm talking about my faux fur coat that I got in H&M for £20 in a sale recently. They had a special offer on winter outerwear. How lucky! Since then I had so many compliments about it and everyone thought it cost me loads! So now I'm extra excited as I have something fabulous that didn't break the bank.
