Outfit inspiration - party perfect

Today I'm going to start posting party outfit inspirations, because let's face it, the festive season is upon us and with it many occasions for dressing up. Jewelled Wednesday by Aurelie Bidermann

I posted about Aurelie Bidermann's jewellery couple of times before (read it again here and here) as I am a big fan of her designs. When I checked today's new items at net-a-porter, they had these funky bracelets by the French designer and I wanted to share them with you. I think they are really cool and playful and will brighten up any outfits. And at £65 they are rather easy to justify. There may be a good idea for a present too and with Christmas coming up, they may be just the right thing. Buy these and more here.

Jewelled Wednesday by Aurelie Bidermann

Not many things excite me as much as a good accessory (that's why I love jewelled Wednesdays).  It easily transforms outfit from plain to stand-out. If it consists of two of my favourite colours - pink and gold - you can imagine the level of my excitement. I wrote about Aurelie Bidermann before. Her statement jewellery has the right amount of edge I like. This studded cuff is to die for. Available at net-a-porter.com. Good way to add colour and interesting detail to all black outfit. Happy New Year everyone. I hope you enjoyed your New Year's Eve celebrations, wore your most fabulous outfits and entered 2011 with style. Sorry I haven't been able to post until today due to various reasons, but I'm glad to be back. I've got loads of new exciting features for this year and I hope you will enjoy them all and continue reading my style file. My first new feature is dedicated to jewellery. If you've been reading my blog regularly, you must know that I am a BIG fan of jewellery. So I decided to give it a regular post. It's going to be called Jewelled Wednesday and as the name suggest you can expect it every Wednesday. And I'm going to start with wonderful pieces by Aurelie Bidermann. I've discovered work by this talented french designer online at Mytheresa.com and it caught my eye straight away. Beautiful selection in gold and silver tones, they will add interesting touch to any outfit. My favourite is the snake ring, but all the pieces are very pretty.
