Happy New Year

Happy New Year!
Looking back at this year there were some not so great moments, but there were definitely some really good ones. I've been wanting to travel more and by going home to Czech republic twice, Paris 3 times and Cyprus and Rome, I think I've done quite well there. I am already booking Paris for my birthday in March and hoping to visit Venice and NYC next year so let's hope that all goes well.

The thing I am most pleased about though is getting back to blogging and I have some big plans for next year in that regard. I am planning to start posting more often soon, with more beauty and lifestyle posts coming. I would love to know what posts do you enjoy reading and want to see more of.
What has been your favourite look of this year?
What are your dreams and goals for 2017?

Have a stylish day.

Autumn stories

Shopping in Zara wearing new Zara gilet, love navy and pink together, pink details, at a launch party with Rosie Fortescue (from Made in Chelsea), gold everything, bundled up in a Missoni scarf, favourite YSL clutch and new(ish) favourite Loubies , when autumn comes I tend to wear a lot more black (adding a pop of pink with a scarf or other accessories), outfit for a lunch with a friend.

Outfit I wore to a friend's baby Christening: from the top, laid out and accessories, burgundy is my must have colour during fall, Halloween ready, minimal make up using Nars Multiple, Sunday dinner at Burger and Lobster with my friends, all black everything (love this top that I had for ages from H&M), coffee with friends.

Gotta love a pink lipstick ;), I've been living in jeans on my days off, my nude Loubies were the best buy ever (they literally go with everything), Christmassy nails already (I'll be having a lot of fun with this Deborah Lippmann set), jeans again but much more casual outfit, trip to the Natural History museum, sneak peek of my bedroom, glammed up for a Christening, weekendwear (the pink leather has been on serious repeat).

Have a stylish day.

Dressed down lace

I wore this outfit to a Friday night's dinner and even though it was the beginning of a weekend I dressed it down a bit with a simple tee. I love this skirt because it's kind of an own design. I found a dress in a charity shop years ago and although it was quite hideous it was made out of a beautiful lace and was only £8! So I bought it, cut the top off and made it into a skirt.
Best bargain ever? How was your weekend?

Tee ASOS, skirt own design, shoes Jimmy Choo, bag DvF, sunglasses local market, earrings New look, watch Michael Kors, rings YSL and H&M. Lips Nars satin pencil in YU.

Happy 4th of July to all my American followers.

Red stripes

Skirt ASOS, tee H&M, shoes Jimmy Choo, bag and watch Michael Kors, rings H&M, sunglasses Dior.

It appears I wear stripes a lot. To be fair, they are my favourite print. They are timeless, chic and go with everything. What's not to love? When I first saw this skirt at ASOS I instantly knew I had to purchase it. I'm glad to be adding more red to my wardrobe too. I went from wearing it constantly (many years ago) to it being fully absent. I love the nautical vibe too. Perfect for the hottest day of the year so far :)

Have a stylish day.

Lots of pics to come later on and if you can't wait I sure will be Instagramming. Instagram is my favourite application. It's the first thing I check when I wake up (sad I know..). Colourful

Top Great plains, jeans H&M, coat Debenhams, shoes Jimmy Choo, bag DKNY, sunglasses Dior, watch Michael Kors, rings YSL.

Mostly I like things minimalistic. In both fashion and interiors, I prefer clean timeless design. I like the odd bow or polka dot, but most of my clothes are plain or bi-coloured. Enter this top. I bought it last year in sales because it was totally different from everything I own. It feels very playful wearing it which should explain the side plait too. But it's good to get out of your comfort zone sometimes, right?

Have a stylish day.
