Product I can't live without

Beautywise the most money I invest in is my hair. I think it is so important. If my hair is not cooperating, no matter how dressed up I am, I never feel good. That's why I've been relying on Bed Head Afterparty for years. I was gutted, when they told me in one hair salon it'd been discontinued, but luckily and found loads on ebay.
It's a leave-in conditioner that can be used on any hair and will work miracles. It's super mosturising, but doesn't weight down the hair or make it greasy. It smells gorgeous and it's a perfect pick-me-up for your locks any time you feel it needs a bit of a lift or actually any time full stop. I've recomended it to many people and everyone loves it. I just bought quite a fews to last me, because seriously I can't imagine my life without it.

Glittery nails

You may remember my post about Butter London nail polishes (if not read it again here). Out of their massive selection I picked the gold glitter one and had lots of fun with it since then. Your hands tell a lot about you and your nails should always be well groomed. I love playing with different patterns and colours, creating interesting manicures. So here are few pictures of what I've been wearing lately. The good thing about glitter is, you can either go all over or just do a pattern. Do you like these? Which is your favourite? You can buy Butter London at Harvey Nichols or at their website.

Stylish head to toe

Let's face it. Looking and feeling good is not just about the clothes and accessories (although it plays a big part). Your hair and make-up are just as important. I am very lucky to call one of MAC's make-up artists my friend and she always helps me to stock up on essentials (with a little discount). Here is what I bought this time:
I've been planning to try fake lashes for a while and MAC has an amazing selection. I picked No 3 as I like the fact that they look very natural. They open up your eyes and I can't wait to try them on. I also bought the Duo adhesive for them.
Generally my skin is in quite a good condition (I drink tons of water every day - it DOES make a difference) therefore I don't use foundation. I prefer using tinted moisturisers as they're much lighter allowing my skin to breathe. I'm rather pale, so went for medium shade. This is the first time I'm using MAC's tinted moisturiser and am excited to see what it's like. I heard many good comments about it. My other popular ones are by Lancome and Chanel.
I come out with occasional spots and hide them with a concealer (Laura Mercier should you ask). I used to apply it with hands or foundation brush but decided it was time to buy a concealer brush. MAC's brushes are made from the softest hair and feel nice on the skin. I also needed new blusher brush and my friend recommended this angled one No.168. Again, this is a new product for me, so will let you know how I find using it.
Last but not least, I bought a blusher in Style - (fitting name no?). This is my third already and I love it. It's a peachy colour and seems to go with everything and I sometimes use it as a bronzer too. It blends and lasts well and now I can't imagine not using it. I alternate with pink blusher but use this one most of the time.
What are your favourite MAC (or other) beauty products?
Have s stylish day.

Butter for your nails

I promised you a lot of sparkle coming up to the party season and I'm loving these! I mentioned Butter nail polishes before, after I had my nails done at G Star Raw party and I can tell you now, I never had more compliments on my nails. Back then I picked gold glitter colour and it looked amazing. They are sold exclusively at Harvey Nichols, where I finally managed to get my hands on them last week. They are non-toxic therefore not harmful to your nails. The colour selection is second to none. The have three stands of every shade imaginable. I loved all the glitter ones because they are a great way to add a bit of sparkle into your life, especially the glitter trio box, that will save you money rather than buying them separately. Perfect stocking filler. You can also but them on Butter website.

Product I can't live without

I've discovered another product that's already made a massive change to my life (hair). From using straightening irons and colouring my hair (don't we all) my hair is quite damaged and very dry. I always use hydrating masks and leave in conditioners but the one I was using has been discontinued. Luckily my stylist at Tony&Guy has recommended Elixir K Ultime by Kerastase and I'm hooked already. Not only it gives my hair amazing texture, it tames it and smells divine too! I can see a big difference after I use it. You can put it into both wet and dry hair and it's a simple way how to refresh it. Can you tell how much I love it?

Get pampered with Tom Ford

By now, you may know how much I love Tom Ford. So you can imagine how excited I'm about this post. The master of everything he does, turned his magic powers to spa products. Described as "Holiday in your bathroom," you can expect something lovely for your skin. Plus with Ford behind it, luxurious seems to perfect word to describe it. I can't wait to test it and bet it's going to be on my list of products I can't live without. Love the sexy advert (you wouldn't expect anything less) and the packaging (again expected). Seems like this man can do no wrong. The spa range is sold exclusively at Selfridges and you can buy it online at selfridges website. I think this is a wonderful way to spoil your mum this Mothers day.

Product I can't live without

The spring is here and we can finally loose all the layers of clothing and start showing more. If you've been neglecting your feet whilst they were hidden in socks and boots, now it's the time to give them some TLC. Start with removing old skin and put in a good moisturiser.
Then it's time to add some colour to your nails. I'm loving nail polishes by BarryM. They are a bargain at £2.99 but don't compromise on quality. The staying power is great and the wide range of shades even better. My current favourite is Bright Pink (109) that is bang on the neon trend. If you're not brave enough to wear neon clothes, this is a good way to give a nod to the trend. The Grey (109) is lovely all year round. Very rock'n'roll. So paint your nails, get some pretty sandals on and step into the spring.

Product I can't live without

Sometimes I have the urge to shout about s beauty product that I can't imagine my life without as it's making it easier and more glamorous. One like that is Thermal mask by Kerastase. Let's face it, no matter how fabulously dressed you are and how perfect your make-up looks if your hair isn't behaving, it all looks wrong. It all starts with good condition. Often styling, pollution and extreme weather are damaging to your hair so make sure you use masks weekly. I love Kerastase products and this masks is exceptional. It's a bit pricey, but you only need a little bit so it will lasts you ages and it's definitely worth every penny. It smells great and will leave your hair nourished and silky. Result!

Be cheeky

When I go out for a night out I do the whole smoky eye thing but for everyday look I just love a lip gloss and a bit of a blusher. Since discovering Posie Tint by Benefit I've been addicted. When I first saw it I was worried about the application, as it looks like a nail varnish, but it's actually very easy and has such a good effect. It's a tint so you just dab it on your cheeks and smudge it. It gives really fresh dewy finish and I simply love it. It's another product I can't live without :)
