Just because the days are getting darker, doesn't mean we should resort to darker clothes. It's nice to put on a colourful outfit to brighten up your day. My J.Crew jumper always cheers me up.

Denim vest

 

 I bought this denim vest in H&M years ago and don't really wear it that often, but it's a timeless piece and I like throwing it on over dresses to add and interesting detail. As UK's heatwave continues I mostly wear minimum jewellery, hair up and short dresses. This one is from Juicy couture (amazing ebay bargain), sandals ALDO, Michael Kors bag and watch, H&M rings and New icons bracelet, Chloe sunglasses.

The bargain dress

I bought this dress in H&M recently for £7.99 (can't find it online) and it's so great that I actually bought it in another colour too. It's so easy to wear! Have you got any great bargain recently?

I of course added a bit of pink to the otherwise monochrome outfit, but that's me. Wearing Miu Miu shoes, Balenciaga bag, Chloe sunglasses, YSL rings, Michael Kors watch and ASOS necklace.

Ever since buying my white blazer from New Look (1) - a bargain for £29.99 - it seemed to have filled a huge gap in my wardrobe I didn't even know was there. It's an easy way to dress up your jeans, smarten any look and goes with everything.

Outfit inspirations - wide leg jeans

I decided to be more adventurous when it comes to jeans (i'm the ultimate skinnies girl) and bought this Goldsign wide leg jean from Donna Ida. They are super long and it's a nice change to wear a different style. I wore them with Chloe top and Zara jacket, Office wedges (can't be seen), my YSL arty rings, Michael Kors bag, long necklace from Topshop and short one from ASOS.

It was during Milan Fashion Week whilst watching the Versace show live stream, that I first decided I need to get myself a pair of shorts. They have become such a wardrobe staple, there's really no excuse not to one at least a pair. And with the fact that the possibilities are endless when it comes to shorts, I was hooked. They are so easy to dress up or down according to your needs, they are really a no-brainer.
So I started paying more attention to shorts during Paris Fashion Week, to check out the cool Parisian options. You can go for totally casual look as seen at Dsquared2 or Isabel Marant, smart casual with Dries Van Noten (the printed ones are a must have), I absolutely love the Chloe way and Givenchy version seems more luxurious, perfect for nights out. And if you're brave enough why not pick futuristic hot pants ala Balenciaga. Love the idea of shorts? Well there's plenty more options so I'm sure there is something for everyone. Stylish homes - dress up your Iphone/Ipad

(The regular feature is back!) Let's face it. To be without modern technology these days is unthinkable. I can't imagine my life without iPhone any more (whatever we did before them!) and I finally gave in to iPad too and getting it this week. In the business of blogging, and any other business for that matter, you have to keep up with what's going on and these gadgets are simply essential. Good news is that the designers want us to remain stylish in every aspect of our lives, therefore there has been a boom in accessories for technology. The selection is amazing and you can really match it to your wardrobe. It won't surprise you that I bought a pink croc leather iPhone cover by Mulberry (it's sold out now!) and I'm already planning how I'm going to dress up my IPad.

We all love handbags. We need handbags! To carry all the important stuff like lipstick and all :) I was just looking at net-a-porter.com (as you do) all in the name of research.. And of course I found a great selection of handbags. All very desirable and colourful. Perfect for the hottest SS trend. My favourite is the pink Lanvin one (obviously), but red Chloe has very timeless shape and turquoise Burberry seems different and original. Want them all!

Red alert

Red is a definite Christmas colour. How many Christmas trees are decorated with red and gold baubles? And although it may not be very original, it is my favourite combination. When I recieved my regular e-mail from outnet.com this morning about red fashion with special discount, I felt excited. Tis the season to wear red! And I wasn't dissapointed.
