Choo lover

You may remember this post about my dream Jimmy Choo shoes that I wanted to wear for the wedding. As I'd been trying to be good with over-spending I never got them. But I couldn't stop thinking about them..
I'm going to a fancy garden party in August and thought they'd be perfect as they're wedges. Fast forward to yesterday and now I can call myself a proud owner of my first ever pair of Jimmy Choos. To say I'm in love is an understatement. And I keep on remembering Carrie Bradshaw when she said: "Hallo lover!"

Snake skin Miu Miu

If you follow me on twitter, you may have read about my latest treat from Net-a-porter. Following my latest Party feet post, I bought a pair of shoes that I fell in love ages ago and first introduced here. I didn't take the plunge back then, but with 40% off, who can say no.. So now I am a proud owner of my first ever pair of Miu Miu shoes. And I am in love with them too much already. See how I styled them the first time in tomorrow's outfit post and expect to see them a lot on Miss Pink Style.
Have a stylish day.

Trying my beauties for the first time :)

Party feet - Net-a-porter.com sales edition

Let's face it - not everyone has unlimited financial resources and can buy as many shoes/clothes/handbags as they need(want). That's when the sales come in handy. I am the biggest Net-a-porter fan, but as money definitely is an object, I only treat myself once in a while. BUT when the sales are on, they always have lots of incredible bargains and it's the time I make sure to buy a thing or two. The shoe selection especially is always tempting me. If I invest, I tend to make it accessories - jewellery mainly, handbags and shoes or a timeless pieces that will last.
Here's what's top of my wish list in footwear. As you can see it contains many of my signatures: pink, gold, glitter, python print.. I'm loving a lot of shoes from Miu Miu lately.
Miu Miu wedges are now £246, Stella McCartney £228, Miu Miu £219,
DvF £145, Miu Miu £252, Jimmy Choo £402.50
Shop them all here. Have you snapped up any bargains in the sales yet?
Have a stylish day.

Party feet - by Nelly.com

Last week I went to visit the lovely girls from Push PR and see what nice things they had on show. I was instantly hooked on the massive shoe selection from nelly.com. I felt like I was in colorful shoe heaven.
The pair that I loved the most and simply had to try on, was the deep red suede wedge boots with a cut-out detail, that not only were very comfortable, they seem perfect for many weather conditions and occasions and are now top of my wish list. I couldn't find them online yet, but I'll keep on checking as they're getting new stock in daily.
With so many different styles to choose from, Nelly have something for everyone. If you like studs and spikes, you're in for a treat. Now you can even design your dream pair and win a shopping spree. It's a win win situation, but hurry as this competition ends in a week.
See all Nelly shoes here.

Party feet - by Jimmy Choo

In five weeks I'm going to a wedding of one of my best friends and the pressure to look good is on! Loads of people I know are going to be there and I wanna make sure I look and feel good. I'm very excited as I haven't been to a wedding for quite a while. I've bought a dress on Thursday now I'm on a hunt for shoes that can rise to the occasion. I've been eyeing the sky-high glitter wedges by Jimmy Choo for ages and thought they'd be perfect. I had a proper look round the website and was pleased to find out they come in three different heights! How convenient. After a careful consideration I'm leaning towards the middle ground. I'm tall so don't need the extra inches plus they'll be more comfortable.
Whilst I like and appreciate the lowest style, I wouldn't probably choose them for a wedding, but would love a pair like them in a different colour - perfect everyday shoe.
I've also discovered the matching clutch bag that is very tempting to me, but matchy-matchy is something to avoid, no? What do you think? And which height would you go for?

Party feet - by Miu Miu

I'm constantly on the look-out for lower-heeled shoes. Recently I've noticed a slight increase of stylish shoes with lower heel and I couldn't be happier. Not only because I'm tall, but I also believe they are better for day wear. When you're running around on meetings all day, you want a style that looks chic and is comfy too. These python Miu Miu slingbacks are exactly that. Available at Mytheresa here The bow is super cute detail and I definitely need them in my life.

Party feet by Mechante

If the continuous, unstoppable rain has left you in shoe crisis (none of my footwear seems to be appropriate for this weather), you may need some inspiration for pretty booties. Well we're in luck, because these beauties are Mechante AW collection and I can't wait for it to hit the stores. I am loving what I've seen, especially all the embelishment like studs, beading, animal print and a great attention to detail. In your face miserable weather! This autumn my feet will be stylish and ready for rain or shine.
Have a stylish day.

Party feet - New Look

Today I decided to check out the high street for some nice affordable shoes. For quite a while I've been relying on New Look to have exactly that. And I wasn't dissapointed. They always have a great range of styles, at various heights and materials and you can get quite a lot of real leather ones for a very reasonable price. I've been recently shocked by few higher-priced high street brands selling non-leather shoes at sky high prices. That's why it's nice to see some labels offering quality goods without trying to rip you off. Here's few styles I liked at New Look. Which ones are your fave? I'm loving them all (obviously) especially the neon heel, although wish they'd be a bit lower.
Have a stylish day.

Buy of the week - the perfect summer sandal

Many many years ago, I bought these strappy wedge sandals from River Island - they were my first online purchase ever. I loved them so much I wore them to death. They fell apart last summer and I was literally closed to tears. I was determined to find something similar and after hours of browsing the web, I finally found them! These Aldo beauties not only strongly remind me of my beloved pair, they're as good as can get. I love both versions but initially I was after colourful ones, because they're so great for summer and really they are very similar to my old pair. But I'm tempted to buy both - buy them here, because both look great and they cost very decent £70. Instore and online now. Which would you go for?
Have a stylish day.

Party feet by Zara

This gorgeous pair of shoes proves, that you don't have to spend a fortune to get nice footwear and I believe it looks far more expensive than £69.99 from Zara. I popped into my favourite shop during the week between meetings and as always loved too many things (more pics coming soon). These heels really stood out not only because I think this style is perfect for spring, but mainly because I'm really into studs right now. In here they are quite subtle, yet still give the boots a perfect edge. You can buy them here. Also check out the Zara
website, they have some cool stuff on.
Have a stylish day.

Party feet by Mulberry

So good to be back to blogging. Last few days have been very hectic and I've abandoned my blog slightly, which I never want to do, but sometimes kind of have to. Anyway good to be back to it and with a post that is very special to me, because I've discovered my dream shoe - literally! Really it's so perfect I can't believe it. I've been looking for the pair that ticks all the right boxes for a while. Being tall I wanted something not so high, but it's harder to find. I wanted a pair that I can wear for many different occassions - for a day with jeans, but also when I want to dress up a bit. Something that'll be comfy but pretty. Well these beauties by Mulberry are all that and more. Obviously I love the gorgeous shade of fuchsia, that is so me. These shoes just scream my name. I am not into anything too girly (despite my love of pink) and normally don't wear bows and frills and things like that, but in this case I even like the bow. I think the fact that is a strong colour makes the shoes very feminine but sexy. It was love at first sight when I discovered them at the Selfridges website. My favourite is the kitten heel version and you can buy them here. They also come as flats and higher heel so there is the perfect pair for everyone. Yes even for people who don't like pink, because there is also black and nude version. What does your perfect pair of shoes look like?
Have a stylish day.

Party feet - by Christian Louboutin

My latest obsession (alongside pink) is python print. I can't get enough of it, and I've been buying it on anything. From handbags, to clothes and of course shoes. My latest discovery is this absolutely gorgeous pair by Christian Louboutin from Net-a-porter. I love how the splashes of colour add an interesting twist to the design. They are on top of my birthday wish list (coming later this month). You can buy them here.

Party feet by Camilla Skovgaard

This week filled with shoes continues, because it's Saturday and that means Party feet post. Danish born Camilla Skovgaard studied footwear design at Cordwainers and Royal College of art and her first collection was bought by Saks whilst she was still at University. Not a bad start. Since then she has recieved various awards for Best accessories designer and is now stocked in 33 countries across the globe.
Her AW 12 collection, as shown at LFW, is rather desirable. I like the fact that quite a few of the designs come in a form of stiletto and wedge making the collection perfect for all occasions. I can't say it enough how much I love wedges for running around. They are comfortable, yet still give you height and are much chicer option than flats. Below are few styles I'm loving for next season.
Have a stylish day.

Party feet by Atalanta Weller

Nothing catches my attention like a pair of fierce heels. Atalanta Weller's exhibition during London Fashion Week, certainly made an impact on me. Although she's not afraid of highest height, the number one for her when she's designing is comfort and her creations are hot!
Atalanta graduated from the prestigious Cordwainers, set up her label in 2009 very quickly establishing herself among the shoe-elite. Apart from designing her own collections, she has been creating shoes for Maria Grachvogel, collaborated with House of Holland and Gareth Pugh and her shoes have been bought by the V&A museum for their permanent collection. Quite an achievement for someone who's only come out with her sixth collection. And there's much more to come I'm sure.
Here are few styles I'm loving for AW 12. you can buy Weller's shoes at YoungBritishDesigners.com.
Have a stylish day.

Party feet by Zara

I'm sure by now you know about my love for Zara (apart from anything pink). I've been shopping there recently a lot, stocking up with lovely dresses and separates for my London Fashion Week wardrobe. But what caught my attention also, is their selection of shoes. Unfortunately some of them are too small for me, but I'll be definitely buying some sandals there and at least a couple of pairs from my selection below.
Which is your favourite? Buy them all here.
Have a stylish day.

Party feet - Jason Wu AW 12

I can't believe the fashion month is upon us again. Where has the time gone? I am obviously very excited and as much as I would love to attend all fashion weeks, I can't, but always make sure I watch some live streams and catch up on all the photos on style.com.
My favourite show from yesterday is without a doubt Jason Wu. The whole collection had a strong military influence, which I'm not normally a fan of, but it was done in such a chic way, that I loved every single outfit. It was very sexy and sophisticated. I loved all the high-waisted skirts, fur and embroidery. There were Asian prints and colour palette of mostly black, khaki, red and fuchsia.
I also loved the studded shoes and sandals and printed pumps. That's why I decided to use his show as part of Party feet post.
What do you think of the collection? Which was your favourite so far?
Have a stylish day.

Party feet by Sophie Gittins

I don't know how about you, but I can't wait for spring. Especially as today is such a lovely bright (cold) day in London. I can't wait to start shedding layers of clothing and wear sandals and open toe shoes. Seeing SS 12 shoe collection by Sophie Gittins got me even more excited. I want every style! This pair called Riviera is to die for. In two great colour combos, I dare you not to like at least one of them. You can read more about Sophie here next week.
Have a stylish day.

Party feet by Michael Lewis

What can I say. I'm a classic kind of girl. And these gorgeous stilettos are a proof that classic is anything but boring. With a contemporary twist and signature sky high heels, I'm dying for these beauties by Michel Lewis. All in my favourite colours, it's hard to pick my favourite, but as a true Miss Pink, I'd say the ones in the middle. Taken out of Michael's SS 12 collection, there's many more to lust after. What do you think?
